Cancellation policy.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full service fee to the card on file or will receive an invoice.
For cancellations prior to the 24h window, the patient will be able to use any credit on their account to book an appointment in the future. If a refund is preferred, an admin fee of $15 will apply for amounts over $200 CAD.
Consultations are conducted in-person, by telephone, telepresence (ex: Zoom) or email. It is the patient’s responsibility to initiate the consultation at the scheduled time either by arriving in person, joining e-meetings on time, or being available at the scheduled time for home visits or phone calls. If the patient is more than 15 minutes late for the consultation, the consultant will assume the session is cancelled and the patient will forfeit the session fee.
