Paola Vallarino, IEP CBS IBCLC

Paola is an Internationally Educated Physician, a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. As a mother herself, she struggled with breastfeeding and that's what motivated her to specialize in Lactation. She has over 10 years of medical background and many years of clinical experience in Lactation Medicine. She holds a Diploma in Pediatric Nutrition and she’s currently pursuing a Diploma in Perinatal & Pediatric Clinical Nutrition. Paola is also a Certified Sleep & Wellbeing Specialist and a Certified Low Milk Supply Specialist. She has additional training in Pumping & Feeding Gear, Infant Craniosacral Therapy and Oral Habilitation. She possesses extensive clinical experience in assessing Oral Ties and Dysfunction, which can lead to various feeding challenges. In her practice, she collaborates closely with both pediatricians and pediatric dentists to ensure comprehensive care for her patients. She provides families with feeding support when breastfeeding, pumping, supplementing and with solid foods. She's fluent in English and Spanish and she's based in Uptown/Midtown Toronto.

For Paola, every family is special, and giving them compassionate, judgement-free support by working on their unique feeding goals is her number one priority.

Marta Bouina, RN IBCLC

​Marta is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), a Registered Nurse and a proud mother of two amazing boys, with whom she had a 6-year breastfeeding journey. While overcoming various breastfeeding challenges herself, she became very passionate about breastfeeding. She wanted to help other women, by providing hands on support and empowerment.

Marta is fluent in Ukrainian and English. She's based in Etobicoke. If you are facing breastfeeding challenges, Marta is here for you! She will support you, and your vision of feeding success.

Milena Pingitore, IBCLC

Milena is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and a mother of successfully breastfed twins. She received her Lactation Medicine Diploma after over 90 hours of lactation specific education and over 750 hours of supervised, hands-on experience in the International Breastfeeding Centre. She's based in Etobicoke.

Having faced her own challenges with fertility, pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, and parenting, Milena is here to hold space for conversation, community, and support while sharing evidence-based research, tools, and resources to help you build confidence at any stage of your journey.

Amanda Ho, RN IBCLC

Amanda is a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with over a decade of experience supporting mothers and families on their breastfeeding journey. Her background in the NICU has given her a deep understanding of newborn needs and the unique challenges that come with early parenthood. She believes in fostering a comfortable and empowering environment where moms can feel confident and connected with their babies. She speaks English and Cantonese fluently. She’s based in Vaughan.

Outside of her work, she enjoys hiking, writing poetry, and spending time with her three cat fur babies – Prince, Pinoe, and Cheese.

Sara Tomenson, CBS

Sara is a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, trained Postpartum Doula, New Parent Educator, and Infant Sleep Consultant. She’s currently working towards becoming an International Board of Certified Lactation Consultant. Sara has 16 year’s experience working closely with families and young children. She’s based in East York - Scarborough.

She’s passionate about supporting new and expecting parents by providing feeding support, education, and encouragement to new families.

Alena Brashavitskaya, RN IBCLC

Alena is an experienced Postpartum Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She has been a part of Mount Sinai Hospital High Risk Mother & Baby Program for almost a decade. For the last two years of her career she is based at the ambulatory breastfeeding clinic as a Lactation Coordinator, helping families with newborns meet their feeding goals. She's based in North York.

Alena takes into account individual health history , birth story , and  family dynamic in order to create a realistic, effective, and manageable feeding plan. As a mother of two breastfed kids, Alena had to overcome her own challenges on the path to breastfeeding them. The importance of getting help early was the key for the eventual success. As a Lactation Consultant, Alena’s approach is to provide family-centred, gentle, non-judgmental care directed at accomplishing your feeding goals.

NATUROPATHIC DOCTOR.

Dr. Aida Martinez, ND

​Aida is a Naturopathic Doctor, graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She trained in homeopathic medicine and completed a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Zoology at the University of Manitoba. She has 10 years of clinical experience and prides herself in having a purpose-driven career.

Her promises to her patients are to treat all patients with respect and as unique individuals and to invest time to educate and empower them to make positive changes in their life; consequentially, they will have more energy to enjoy their life, whether it’s spending more quality time with their family, getting back to their hobbies or performing better at their job. She's fluent in English and Spanish. She is here to serve and to make a difference and she looks forward to working with you and your family!

Tania Grinberg, M.A. Ed.

Tania is a Certified Parent Coach and mother of three. She holds a Master’s in Education from the University of Toronto and she is committed to helping parents forge deep connections with their children.

​Tania helps parents, teachers, and professionals who work with children to identify the source of conflict within themselves and their young ones. By building a trusting relationship with her clients, she can guide them to establish clear goals and solutions specific to each family and context. Tania’s approach is interdisciplinary; incorporating Attachment Theory, Brain Science, Maternal Theory and Feminism, Mindfulness, Coaching, and the latest findings in Education and Child Development.

SLEEP EDUCATOR.

Cibele Rosen

​Cibele is a dedicated Certified Instructor & Integrative Educator of Pediatric and Teen Sleep and a Parent Educator qualified by the Family Wellness International Institute. Her expertise extends to Positive Discipline and she is certified in Mother-Child Integral Systemic Care, focusing on the crucial pre and perinatal stages. She brings a holistic approach, based on Integrative Childhood Health™ to sleep and parenting.

In addition to her professional achievements, she is deeply passionate about promoting breastfeeding advocacy. Her mission is to enhance the quality of sleep for your entire family, all while cherishing the principles of bonding, responsiveness, and attachment. Her approach is rooted in compassion, ensuring that your child's well-being is never compromised by tears and abandonment. She provides services in English and Portuguese.

Paulina Villaseñor

Once deeply immersed in marketing in Mexico, Paulina’s life took a beautiful turn when she and her husband moved to Canada a few years ago.

Becoming a mom and giving birth to her daughters, Inés and Mía, has shifted her focus towards embracing motherhood and prioritizing family and well-being.

Paulina makes our patients' experience seamless by scheduling appointments and delivering superb customer service.

Laura Tovar

Laura holds a degree in Agrogenomic Sciences. She stands out for being an innovative, attentive and empathetic person, she has a firm belief in kindness and respect for all living beings.  As the mother of a young child, she has experienced the joys and challenges of motherhood, breastfeeding, and balancing work and life.  Laura has had the opportunity to travel through Mexico, the United States, and Japan, which has allowed her to make friends with people from different cultures and expand her knowledge. She is passionate about learning and is always excited to discover new things.

With her friendly and professional approach, Laura is committed to providing patients with the best possible service to assist them while exploring our services, her main goal is to connect patients and providers so that we can all have a wonderful experience working together.
